JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
Join our team Regulatory Reporting Services and become part of a motivated team of experts that aims to provide the best services for our clients. As a working student, you will support operations and improvements of our ongoing processes as well as implementation of new regulatory requirements. Our products are legal documents in regards of the regulatory reporting process for our clients. Our reporting focuses e. g. on Solvency II, CRR/CRD, Key Investors Documents (according to PRIIPS/ UCITS), Annual Reporting and Sales Prospectus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support of operational processes for the preparation of Legal Documents (Solvency II, CRR / CRD, Annual/Semiannual reporting, KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs)
· Assessment and analysis of technical and process-related problems and quality assurance using SQL
· Maintenance of up to date documentation of automated and partly automated processes
· Identification and realization of optimization potentials in the affected processes (Continuous Service Improvement) for tools and reportings
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week
· Availability: as soon as possible, ideally at least for 1 year
· Officially enrolled as student (m/f/d) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics or similar courses
· Profound knowledge of MS Office software
· Fluent in English, German is a plus
· Ideally knowledge of capital markets or asset management
· Experience in working with databases (SQL) is an advantage
· Knowhow of VBA is an advantage
· High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, reliability and communication skills
