Job Purpose/Role:
The role is designed to support the development and enhancement of IT governance processes within AZ Direct, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed guidance for stakeholders involved in the AZ Direct IT Strategy, facilitating smooth communication and execution.
• Create Business Process Management guidance in alignment with BPMN 2.0 modeling language and directives from Allianz HQ, promoting standardized practices.
• Participate in the development of the IT Operating Model, supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Support the enhancement of the Control Library by integrating cross-functional safeguarding frameworks, aiding in evidence gathering and audit preparation.
• Contribute to the improvement of the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process, enhancing resilience and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Enterprise/IT Architecture, Third Party Risk Management, Protection & Resilience, Transformation Office, Risk, and IT Functions, to drive governance initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level (e.g., B2/C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
• Ideally, previous experience in the IT field, showcasing familiarity with industry practices and methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work from the office at least once a week to foster collaboration and team engagement.
