Working Student in Global CRM Team (f/m/d)

As a working student you will provide day-to-day support on requests and administrator tasks in our CRM/Salesforce Team. You will be responsible for CRM system and sales steering of our Distribution function.
This role is a 12-month contract based either in our Frankfurt or Munich office.
What you will do
- Assist with management tasks such as creating and deactivating users, managing roles and profiles, and permission sets
- Help create and maintain reports and dashboards for different departments
- Participate in testing and documentation of system enhancements, configuration changes, and new features
- Assist with configuration tasks such as validation rules, workflow rules, email templates, and page layouts
- Provide end-user support by helping to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalating them when necessary
- Contribute to system documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to understand business needs and suggest CRM improvements.
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
- Experience with MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
- Proficiency in English and basic German are required
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Initial experience on Salesforce technical support beneficial (Trailhead academic exposure is valued)
- Familiarity with Salesforce customization and administration are a plus
- Basic knowledge of data structures, and database concepts is a plus
- Experience in data analysis tools is a plus.
