As a working student you will provide day-to-day support on requests and administrator tasks in our CRM/Salesforce Team. You will be responsible for CRM system and sales steering of our Distribution function.

The position is based in our Munich or Frankfurt office.

What you will do

Assist with management tasks such as creating and deactivating users, managing roles and profiles, and permission sets
Help create and maintain reports and dashboards for different departments
Participate in testing and documentation of system enhancements, configuration changes, and new features
Assist with configuration tasks such as validation rules, workflow rules, email templates, and page layouts
Provide end-user support by helping to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalating them when necessary
Contribute to system documentation, training materials, and user guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to understand business needs and suggest CRM improvements.

What you bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
Familiarity with Salesforce customization and administration
Initial experience on Salesforce technical support (Trailhead academic exposure is valued)
Experience with MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of data structures, and database concepts is a plus
Experience on data analysis tools is a plus.
