Please note that DUTCH, FRENCH and ENGLISH are mandatory for this role as the idea is to create content and guide people in the languages used by our customers. 
Role based in BRUSSELS – Remote working is not an option

 

What you do

The Operations Learning and Development (L&D) Officer/ Support is placed within our L&D team and is directly reporting to the Regional L&D Lead (based in France).
The general role is responsible for designing, implementing, executing, and managing learning and development programs tailored to the operational needs of our organization across various locations and cross line of business.

The Operations Learning and Development (L&D) Officer/ Support collaborates closely with local teams and managers from different departments (called LOB@Allianz) to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our operational teams.

 

This isa NEW role in the BENELUX Team and the tasks can evolve in the following months/year. You will first work with priorities and implement the basic at local level.
It is an administrative role with a lot of contact inside the Allianz local structure

On your day to day, it means (not exhaustive list) :

 

•    Collect training needs through different sources (managers In Belgium and in the Netherlands - platform coaches and team leaders)
•    Make uniform and/or design training contents or support materials.
•    Training pathway: Identify and/or assess key skills and competencies required to address the different population to be trained.
•    Coordinate the collecting of the training hours and content - Encode them in the appropriate tool or ask the related team to do it (and do the follow up).
•    Monitoring learning hours uploading hours that are not embedded in SF or Degreed (following HR Sharepoint process)
•    Support local/regional implementation of learning management systems (LMS) or other technology platforms to facilitate learning delivery and track learner progress.
•    Plan the training slot with local Workforce management team and Ops platform team leaders/managers.
•    Training organization: plan the sessions logistic (invitation, classrooms reservation, administration…)
•    Monitor training evaluation from a quality perspective : build a close continuous improvement process to continuously adapt learning contents and targets as per concrete KPIs
•    Monitor training evaluation from a trainee perspective (evaluation questionary, survey…)

 

What you bring

•    A first experience of Trainer or in a L&D Department - Junior profile are welcome
•    An experience in Automotive and/or medical platform OR in a call center can be a BIG asset
•    Strong customer satisfaction and process efficiency focus
•    Organized and rational
•    Knowledge of education aspects to ensure relevant and impactful content creation
•    Knowledge of creation tools : Powerpoint, Acrobate, e-learning creation tool… as well as animation tools : Slido, Forms…
•    Fluency in  French / Dutch and English
•    Strong communication skills, team spirit and flexibility 
•    Ability to multitask and work in an international environment.
