JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the coordination of global investment planning activities
Collaborate in the modelling of new business assumptions
Support in the controlling and reporting of global portfolio results
Organization and support in preparation of meetings and workshops
Supporting in analysis of planning data, forecasts and actual results of investments and portfolios
Support in rolling projections of year end results
Collaborate in developing and implementing effective controlling and planning tools and procedures
Support in preparing presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
Support in ad hoc financial analysis
Support in ad-hoc projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Finance or Business Administration student with strong interest in data and financial topics
Proficient in MS-Excel, experience with VBA beneficial
Good knowledge of PPT
Finance and basic accounting knowledge
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Communication skills, organizational skills
Team player
Excellent in written and spoken English, additional European languages beneficial

Job start: as soon as possible (minimum 6 months; max. 20 hours per week)
Location: Munich
