Job purpose / role

 

You will be part of the Conversational AI (C.AI) team at Allianz Direct and you will support the transformation of our customer service through developing and maintaining our Voiceand ChatBot “Elisa”. With a clear focus on optimization potential, you drive the customer experience by advancing our evaluation methods and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems.

 


Key responsibilities

 

  • Alignment with multiple development teams working for multiple countries
  • Improve quality and strive for continuous innovation with regards to products and technology stack
  • Contribute to general improvements, such as optimizing NLU,  flow structure and conversational experience.
  • Automate and improve monitoring and data analysis processes in databricks
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify areas for improvement in user interactions and system performance
  • Develop innovative evaluation and monitoring methods utilizing Machine Learning and LLMs
  • Opportunity for further development and collaboration with great colleagues

 


Requirements

 

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of computational linguistics, computer science or similar 
  • You have first development skills and work experience, knowledge in natural language processing concepts like Natural
  • Language Understanding, TTS, semantic models, underlying mechanisms of language models etc. would be desireable 
  • You have solid python and data analysis skills.
  • You are familiar with agile IT project methodologies (Scrum) preferably in an international context
  • You preferably already gained some experience in the area of Conversational AI
  • You have advanced English skills (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French is desirable)
  • You bring enthusiasm to explore and research new methods to improve our conversational AI systems
