About the Job 

 

Join the dynamic Legal – Corporate Governance & Boards team at Allianz Technology, a newly established unit within our Global CCM & Legal department, specializing in Corporate law, Corporate Governance, M&A, and transactions. You will play a pivotal role in administering the Allianz Technology SE Board Office.

Your responsibilities will include preparing Board of Management and Supervisory Board meetings and circulars, while engaging with diverse stakeholders across Allianz Technology and the Allianz Group.

 

What you do

 

  • Coordinate and prepare Board of Management (BoM) meetings: schedule dates, draft agendas, liaise with various stakeholders, and prepare minutes.
  • Manage follow-ups on BoM to dos, handle meeting minutes, and ensure secure document storage.
  • Prepare Supervisory Board (SvB) meetings: organize meetings, draft legal documents, compile board packs, and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare BoM and SvB circulars
  • Communicate with BoM and SvB members and their offices.
  • Arrange notarial appointments and support Corporate Lawyers in national and international corporate affairs.
  • Improve corporate processes, develop and conduct trainings to enhance quality and efficiency.

 

What you bring

 

  • Solid understanding of German Corporate Law.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • High reliability, diligence, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse functions, locations, and Group companies.
  • Affinity for AI and technical solutions, with a drive for process improvement.
  • Several years of relevant work experience.
  • German law degree as a transaction lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist) or comparable qualification.
