About the Job

Join our Global Recruiting Team at Allianz Technology in Barcelona! As an intern, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Employer Branding Manager and Project Managers, supporting various initiatives that drive our company's strategy and growt

What you do:

· You assist the team in Employer Branding efforts such as content creation, campaign management, as well as taking care of the Career Page and Intranet

· You assist with the planning and delivery of Talent, Rewards & Culture projects and meetings incl. creating presentations and executing marketing activities

· You assist with HR Governance activities

What you bring:

· You are fluent in English and are located in Barcelona

· You have good skills in copywriting and content creation for web, Social Media, and other communication channels

· You have a talent for intercultural communication

· You are experienced in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PPT, but also Slido, Miro etc.

· You have analytical skills

· Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
