Overall Objectives of Job
Analyst Programmer
Project Name: MS Dynamics
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5-7 -years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
- Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight.

• Knowledge in DevOps concepts and cloud domain
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Good to have Adobe Experience Manager content management system experience
• Knowledge in AWS
