SURETY - SME Contract and Bond Officer in GCC Bucharest

Job description
What you do
Responsible for timely execution of the Surety SME Contract management for the product KTV Smart and tasks within the bond management process.
KTV Smart:
- Update contract system, after a new contract was created
- Creation of credit limit notifications, if necessary
- Execute CARA (sanction) checks on refused bonds
- Manage address or admistrative data changes in existing contracts
- Terminate contracts (cancellation by clients or AZT (e.g. not paid premium or decrease of creditworthiness)
- Treatment of invoicing issues like the initiation of the debt collection process
Bond Management:
- Release of standard bonds after termination
- Cancel contracts and create credit notes
- Booking of simple bonds (in case of technical issues)
- Answering of simple requests by clients (e.g. copies of invoices/bonds)
* Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
* Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
* Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
* Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
What you bring
Educational requirements
* Commercial education
* Banking/Insurance knowledge would be a plus
Knowledge of IT systems:
* MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Knowledge of English
* Good English level required

* Experience in Surety, banking or financial industry would be a plus
