The Impact You Will Have  

Reporting to the Head of Energy and Construction Canada, the Intern will provide data entry and clerical support functions to the Natural Resources & Construction Team.

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Pulling data from various sources and enter into excel; run reports, in order to analyze the department book's performance and monitor progress.
  • Scan and save file documentation retrieved from boxes into appropriate accounts.
  • Create presentations for the department which details the features, advantages and benefits of new products.
  • Development of complex Microsoft Word and Excel documents to be used as department templates.
  • Assist with admin tasks as required.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role – 

  • Currently pursuing university or college degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance or related discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations including a strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS office applications
  • Ability to apply field of study learnings to the internship
  • Knowledge of basic math skills – strong aptitude for numbers
  • Self-starter with the ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • The ability to utilize AI tools to support day-today tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making is valuable. A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role, and the broader organization is expected.
  • Eligibility to work in local hiring office (US or Canada)

The company offers a pay rate of $23 per hour for this internship. This is a Full time 10-week Summer Internship which will begin in early June 2026.
