In your new role, you will need to establish an effective internal communication strategy and ensure staff engagement with all corporate initiatives and priorities. Collaborate with senior management and relevant departments to guarantee the successful communication of organizational initiatives and projects to all internal and regional stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for:
· To plan and execute annual company town halls, events and assist with communication on regional events to internal stakeholders
· To plan, edit and write content and execute all communication to internal stakeholders on announcements by company (eg. monthly newsletter, product launches, announcements, corporate events and campaigns, forums, signing ceremonies, ad hoc, etc. requests)
· To manage and co-ordinate with content on intranet platforms on all company initiatives.
· To assist colleague in internal communications team to draft messages, prepare presentations, forewords for senior management for publications, souvenir programs, etc. where needed.
· Translation and Proofreading (English-BM-English). To assist department with translation/proofreading of marketing materials, press releases and news clippings.
Important to your success:
· Minimum 3-5 years in corporate communications, event management, journalism, public relations or related field.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a a related discipline.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for internal channels.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
