Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end sales event management including but not limited to event management, incentive trip, advertising, publicity, sourcing/administration of sales promotional items and operational tasks related to sales events.
Key Responsibilities
· Pre-event planning involves identifying event objectives, determining the target audience, selecting and securing the event venue, creating project timelines, liaise with event production house, coordinating on logistic such as accommodation for staff and participants, audio and visual equipment etc.
· Event marketing promotion, event management involves creating and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees and promote the event.
· On-site event coordination includes oversee all aspects of the event to ensure smooth running of event. Managing vendors, internal team, troubleshoot problems, overseeing logistic such as registration, ticketing, seating and etc.
· Event cost & expenses management which to be responsible for event budgeting, negotiation with vendors and ensuring expenses incurred are within budget.
· To assist and liaise with creative house/vendors on advertisement/posters/souvenir booklet.
· To take charge in sourcing, monitoring the promotional items to support the sales and recruitment activities.
· To ensure compliance to relevant Company’s policy and procedures.
· Any other duties as and when deem necessary
Key Requirements
· With at least 2-3 years experience in the relevant field
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
· Event planning and organisational skills
