The role involves leading an account management team to drive strategic relationship development with NSW Government Agencies, ensuring Allianz is driving service excellence and aligning to business objectives. It includes overseeing emerging service initiatives, capturing new business and partnering opportunities, and implementing retention strategies to enhance long-term engagement. Additionally, the role involves optimizing agency performance and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements to drive performance and decision-making.

 

About the role

·  Lead a team of account managers in the development and maintenance of high-level customer relationships with NSW Government Agencies, ensuring Allianz is the preferred Claims Manager through service excellence and tailored solutions.
·  Drive the creation and deployment of new services and strategic marketing efforts, positioning Allianz as an industry leader and expanding relationships with Agencies, intermediaries, and partners.
·  Facilitate collaboration between Allianz and NSW Government Agencies to ensure alignment of objectives and successful execution of initiatives for sustainable outcomes.
·  Oversee customer engagement programs and retention strategies, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and long-term engagement with Agencies.
·  Assess Agency performance using data-driven insights to guide strategy, optimize relationships, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements for decision-making and performance enhancement.

 

About you

·  Extensive experience in an account management environment.
·  Experience in Workers Compensation and knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation Legislation and Regulation.
·  Demonstrated experience in delivering on individual retention and/or growth strategies
·  Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of agency/client services, practices, and technical requirements across the NSW jurisdiction.
·  Demonstrated ability to read the market and understand customer requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organization.
·  People management experience preferred
