In this role, you will be a key member of the APAC sourcing and procurement team, focusing on core procurement duties, particularly in the IT sector. Responsibilities include RFP coordination, price negotiation, price analysis, and contract management.

 

Additionally, the role supports operational tasks related to global systems and the onboarding/offboarding processes of vendors and the external workforce in the APAC region.

 

This role will be based in Hong Kong.

 

What you will do

 

·  Align global and regional procurement processes, strategies, and action plans with internal stakeholders
·  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate favourable commercial terms
·  Assist internal stakeholders throughout the entire procurement process
·  Implement procurement-related projects and other ad-hoc assignments
·  Provide level 2 support for global procurement applications in APAC

 

What you bring

 

·  Bachelor's degree in related field
·  3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a global financial institution
·  Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and organizational skills
·  Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
·  Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written, Cantonese would be preferred
·  Solid procurement experience in the IT category is a plus
·  Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
