What you do:

Entry level position supporting either the Cash Desk or Accounts Payable functions. This includes processing payments through several systems and working with internal and external partners. You need to be able to work under tight deadlines and have great attention to detail. Use multiple internal and external software applications on a daily basis. You will report to the Cash Desk Financial Manager.

 

Essential job functions: 

·  Perform daily functions relating to cash desk or accounts payable activity ensuring all controls and guidelines for the functions are performed
·  Have understanding and accountability for following CCC / MAR and operational controls
·  Cross train in other functions within the team as needed

 

What you bring:

·  0-1 years’ business experience required
·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
·  Basic proficiency with AI and/or business intelligence
·  You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc.). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship. 

 

Base Salary Range $39,000-$92,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
