Context
In 2024, Allianz SE launched the Rapid Productivity Growth (RPG) program across all Operating Entities (OEs) to enhance productivity. RPG employs a systematic methodology to evaluate processes, address pain points, and ensure regular progress reporting. Aligning with the global strategy, Shape & Scale 2028, Allianz Trade has introduced the Koryoku productivity plan for 2024-2030, aimed at driving sustained productivity improvements and meeting RPG requirements.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Productivity PMO to join the Koryoku Central Team within the Finance Global Planning & Performance Management Department.
Acting as a PMO, this role is instrumental in ensuring that productivity initiatives achieve targeted savings across the matrix organization, encompassing Global Functions and Regions.
Balancing Global Function needs with Regional alignment, you will play a pivotal role in standardizing reporting, enhancing operational transparency, and contributing to the productivity gains achievements.
The Productivity PMO engage with Allianz Trade's Top Management and Business Units to facilitate decision-making, monitor progress, define actionable plans, and manage risks.
Key responsibilities include positioning Finance as the definitive source for financial data and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
This position fosters a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and productivity gains across the organization.
As part of the Koryoku Central Team, the role supports the communication of findings and progress to management and stakeholders, compiling and sharing best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Main tasks
Koryoku Central Team Support
- Serve as the PMO for the Koryoku Central Team, overseeing program management through accurate monitoring and reporting on its status updates to maintain schedule adherence and stakeholder alignment.
- Assist in governance roll-out, supporting Koryoku Champions (Regions and Global Functions) and managing reporting updates for the Allianz Trade Board of Management (BoM).
- Develop and implement data governance and reporting standards.
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor financial and operational reporting on Koryoku initiatives, ensuring alignment with Global Functions and Regions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various stakeholder as needed (e.g.: Koryoku Central Team, Global Functions and Regions representatives).
- Propose and implement enhancements to reporting processes and tools.
- Participate in meetings to assess and refine reporting needs.
- Collaborate with Global Functions and Regions to ensure productivity gains meet targets.
- Conduct data analysis to interpret financial information and provide actionable insights, utilizing analytical skills to understand different perspectives and support decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Contribute to corporate reporting on a regular basis as for Allianz SE and Allianz Trade requirements, including Impact Navigator Tool, Planning Dialog, and Strategic Dialog.- Cross Programs and Transversal Support
- Ensure alignment with financial data for cost controlling.
- Prepare for Board Big Room sessions, monitoring IT dependencies in coordination with Global Organization & Change management.
- Prepare for Board presentation related to Financial & Operational productivity reporting
- Support GenAI governance rollout as a productivity enabler.
- Align Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) with Koryoku project interdependencies.
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in program and project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout, ideally in an international matrix organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to prioritize tasks from multiple information sources and to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Efficiency-driven mindset.
- Appetite to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making.
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- High-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
