As a Legal Expert/Product Manager at Allianz, you will play a pivotal role in managing legal aspects and product development within the Employee Benefits domain. Your expertise will ensure compliance while fostering innovation, making you the go-to person for all legal matters related to Employee Benefits. You'll navigate complex legal frameworks including WAP, corporate law, labor law, fiscal laws, and more, ensuring our products are both compliant and cutting-edge.

We Count on You For:

 

·  Legal Monitoring:  Keep abreast of legal developments, focusing on complementary pensions and related legal fields.
·  First-Line Support:  Provide legal support to various internal departments, including sales, underwriting, servicing, and pay out.
·  External Advice:  Offer legal advice to external parties, addressing specific questions or complaints from brokers, employers, or affiliates.
·  Authority Liaison:  Respond to inquiries from authorities such as FSMA and NBB.
·  Collaboration:  Work closely with the legal department, other legal experts, and participate in Assuralia working groups.
·  Training and Documentation:  Conduct training sessions and maintain up-to-date documentation, including FAQs.
·  Product Management:  Propose new product ideas or adaptations and coordinate with external stakeholders such as Operations, Actuarial department, Sales, Market Management, and Reinsurers.
·  Document Quality:  Ensure the quality and compliance of all product-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and general terms and conditions.
·  Project Leadership:  Lead or participate in projects related to the Employee Benefits domain.

 

What We Look For?

 

We are seeking a legal expert with a deep understanding of the Employee Benefits domain, who can navigate complex legal landscapes with ease. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in legal matters related to Employee Benefits is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Fluency in both French and Dutch, with knowledge of English, is required.
