About the Job 

Allianz Technology is the international shared service company of the Allianz Group, offering innovative, top-quality products and services in IT, services, and operations. Our Swiss branch is seeking a working student to support our local strategic procurement team.

As a working student, you will assist the procurement team in managing sourcing activities and supporting procurement processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

What you do

• Assist in managing sourcing activities in the IT area, aligning with headquarters.
• Support the Source-to-Contract (SAP Ariba) and Procure-to-Pay (SAP MM) processes.
• Help with documentation and administrative tasks related to procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support in communication and coordination.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with policies and governance.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes; familiarity with SAP Ariba and SAP MM is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, hands on mentality and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
