Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Administration Officer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of tasks related to PA Contract management. You will be part of a collaborative environment, delivering high-quality services and driving improvements in processes and organization. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage contract processes, including initiation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Handle premium base chasing and addressing second-level customer requests.
  • Identify potential improvements in processes and organization, and report to the team leader.
  • Conduct quality control to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in projects and sales preparation activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve policy-related inquiries and issues.
  • Train new joiners to the team and ensure correct processes and policies are applied. 

 

Who are you: 

  • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of supporting team members and engaging in commercial contacts.
  • Possess knowledge in credit insurance and PA processes.
  • Comfortable working with various IT satellite systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
