Job description

Job Purpose 
We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Performance, to join our People & Culture team. The job holder will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s compensation schemes, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring they are executed effectively and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. This person will also drive the performance management process, supporting people managers and employees throughout the cycle, and ensuring consistency and alignment with our organizational goals. Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential, as the role involves being a power user of the system to support compensation, benefits, and performance related processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational excellence, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach. This role reports to the People & Culture Manager – Compensation, Benefits & Performance. 

What you will do

  • Manage and administer the company’s compensation, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations 
  • Conduct market analysis, salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness 
  • Contribute to the Equal Pay exercises, ensuring pay equity 
  • Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals, ensuring timelines, system readiness and stakeholder engagement 
  • Train people managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices 
  • Act as Power User for SAP SuccessFactors, supporting system configurations, processes and reporting 
  • Partner with people managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence 
  • Support Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) activities 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus 
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a multinational or corporate organization 
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Proficiency in MS office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies, grading structures, and compensation principles 
  • Experience with salary surveys, market benchmarking, and benefits administration 
  • Good understanding of performance management frameworks and processes 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment 
  • High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
