Tasks
Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers
Understand Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates
Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in fostering technical excellence in selected entities
Drive the implementation of regulatory or Allianz Group guidelines (e.g. with regards to sustainability) in Health entities
Manage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders
Requirements
Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering
2+ years of working experience (working experience in business consulting is a plus)
Ideally experience in Health insurance or in managing corporate processes
Curious and eager to learn about different Health insurance markets
Highly structured approach and strong problem-solving skills
High degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint
Fluency in written and spoken English
