Job Purpose/Role

Join our international People & Culture team at Allianz Central Europe in Vienna, where innovation meets excellence. We are seeking a motivated intern to embark on a 6-12 month journey as of September/ October 2025, gaining hands-on experience in shaping our workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

·  Operational and administrative support of the Regional People & Culture  team (e.g. data gathering, reporting, preparation of meetings, preparation of presentations)
·  Supporting Regional People & Culture  team in various Regional and Global projects in the areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Rewards & Performance
·  Involvement in the local People & Culture related topics for Allianz Holding eins employees (e.g. recruitment, engagement, communication, learning, team building etc.)
·  Communication with relevant stakeholders within the CE Region (Regional and local HR colleagues, Regional and local management, external providers)

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

·  University enrollment (Bachelor/Master)
·  Prior working experiences through internships would be a plus
·  Fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills
·  High proficiency in MS Office applications, PowerBI
·  Intrinsic interest in working with and discovering functionalities of applications such as ChatGPT
·  Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, enjoying team work
·  Ability to work independently after being provided initial guidance
·  Ability to handle confidential employee information, high level of integrity
·  High level of  personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence
·  Permit for working in Austria
·  Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT

 

Offered salary: 2.800 €/month on the full-time basis. The duration of an internship can be prolonged above 6 months in case of mutual interest.
