What you do

·  Work on project assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or team member, being mindful of project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting problems, conflict management, and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
·  Assist the team in analyzing customer needs and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
·  Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
·  Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

 

What you bring

·  University degree or equivalent experience
·  Initial experience in operational business or management consulting (such as a previous internship or working student position)
·  An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
·  Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
·  Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
·  Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
·  Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
·  Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project management tools and techniques

 

Locations

·  Hybrid 3 days/week in Minneapolis

·  The annualized base pay range for this role is $55,000-72,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
