What you do
DORA action plan execution : provide expertise in IT operations and security, implement defined actions and ensure good quality of deliverables, ensure the execution of actions by other operational stakeholders.
Program governance: assist the Head of Protection & Resilience in governance committees (prepare decks, minutes, ensure follow-ups…) and program follow-ups and reporting, identify any area of concern that need improvement in the program’s governance and advise them to the head of P&R.
Communication & relationship with stakeholders : ensure iterative exchanges with different sponsors including AzP Board members, interact proactively with the others heads of and managers, to te project SME and to Allianz Group DORA programme team.
Risk mitigation : identify and raise alert to the Head of P&R in coordination with other Sponsors and stakeholders.
Own and implement few DOREA workstreams : the PMO will own and be resposible of the impementation of few workstreams in the DORA programme.
Project management within P&R function : after DORA programme being implemented, the PMO will lead other projects, in collaboration with the P&R team, on topics within Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Protective Security Management and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management).
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in IT, Protection & Resilience, Information technology, risk maangement, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Project management is a plus.
Proven experience in project management within IT, Information Security or Protection & Reslience.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders., including Top Management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and quantify risks.
Successful project maangement experience in bank or insurance.
