About the role
·
Developing and managing relationships across a Strategic Partner Broker Panel, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
·
Managing pipeline effectively to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
·
Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across the allocated panel.
·
Analysing market trends, gaining broker insights, and aligning strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
·
Acting as a point of escalation for broker requests, managing credit/debt positions, and contributing to team meetings and sales staff development.
About you
·
Extensive experience in general insurance lines and managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts/brokers.
·
Proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.
·
Demonstrated ability to optimize customer value by delivering high-quality services and positive experiences.
·
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning.
·
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
