Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for daily operational activites, ensuring smooth business operations including managing departments expenses and account reconcilation.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Managing department accounts‘ reconciliation.
·  Assist the Head of Department in performing administrative functions and in overseeing the day to day running of the department
·  To assist on department ad-hoc report internal/external.
·  To assist in monitoring department’s expenses
·  To support with issuance of receipts for motor and non-motor premium payment made by dealers or Franchise holders.
·  To undertake such other duties relating to Department’s function and objectives as may be directed by the Superior from time to time.

 

Key Requirements

 

·  Preferable candidate studying or having a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics
·  Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
·  Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
·  Have a strong sense of commitment and teamwork
·  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
·  Preferably candidate who is able to be attached for at least 6 months and is a Final year student or fresh graduate.
