Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop daily life services under Easy Living Line of business as well as Mobile Device - Digital Risk (MDDR) worldwide, and aim to develop and structure a Network model providing peace of mind to our clients and B-partners along the entire assistance journey, enriching our value proposition

 

Key responsibilities/What you do :

·  Your role will be to develop, follow up and strengthen the relationship of Third Party Administrator (TPA) ensuring,

to provide expected services to end customers, as best price and quality for your respective area.

·  As part of your role, you will be in contact with differents stakeholders (ie: Sales, PM&I, UW, OM, Finance, Operations…) for new service or geogaphical expansion to support the line of business strategy,
·  You will be part of an international team, compose of 6 persons that you will liaise in daily basis for your activities and report to the Head of Network,
·  Support global or local tenders involving TPA,
·  Responsible of the TPA account relationship,
·  Manage RFQ in AzP operating market to ensure TPA competitiveness,
·  Responsible of the TPA standard guidelines and his adherence by all stakeholders,
·  Manage activity review meeting with TPA & stakeholders,
·  Support TPA audits and monitoring (e.g. contract and network services compliance, costs review, fraud, etc),
·  Monitor TPA network costs performance and lead Network remediation plan

 

Key requirements/What you bring :

You will have the responsibility to overseeing all TPA activities of Allianz Partners worldwilde, which includes:

 

·  Anaytics skills: Strong analytics and analysis skills would be required to review trends, provider performances and costs.
·  Project Management: Experience in planning and executing network-related projects, including system upgrades, expansions, and integrations.
·  Tender management: Ability to support Allianz partners Business Units, and drive tender management, liaise with internal stakeholders, manage providers answers, review and negotiations.
·  QBR management: Ability to organize QBR with all stakeholders, setup and align the agenda with all parties and lead the meeting.
·  Stakeholder Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, assistance suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.
·  Network Management Expertise: An experience on network management principles, including the ability to oversee and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability would be a plus .
