About the Job  

 

The Local Information Security Officer (LISO) of Allianz Technology Iberolatam ensures the continuity of critical business functions and minimizes information loss in the event of a disaster. The LISO focuses on governance, compliance, risk management, and awareness, with the aim of ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Allianz Technology information.

 

 

What you do

 

·  Central Contact for Security & Risk : Act as the central point of contact for information security and risk-related matters, providing consulting and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
·  Policy & Procedure Development : Evaluate, recommend, develop, monitor, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and systems.
·  Alignment with IT Security Standards : Ensure that IT security architecture, controls, processes, policies, and procedures align with standards for data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
·  Risk Identification & Mitigation : Identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies to prevent incidents, and continuously improve security.
·  Security Risk Assessments & Audits : Develop procedures and act as the interface for IT security risk assessments and compliance audits.
·  Training & Awareness : Define and conduct information security training and awareness campaigns, promoting knowledge of security requirements and processes.
·  Effectiveness of Security Controls : Systematically assess the effectiveness of security controls across services provided by Allianz Technology, partners, and third-party providers.

 

 

What you bring

 

·  Strong understanding of security architecture and technical platforms.
·  Expertise in business continuity management (BCM), IT risk and IT security management.
·  Strong analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills and the ability to consult effectively.
·  Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to IT risk and security.
·  Profound knowledge of information security management systems and relevant industry standards (ISO2700x, PCI-DSS, COBIT)
·  Relevant work experience in information security, security policies, security systems and governance.
·  Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical field; ITIL certification at higher proficiency levels; CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or CISSP certifications desirable.
