About the Job
As a Key Account Manager/ Client Engagement Management at Allianz Technology Spain Hub you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Allianz Technology IT delivery clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth and ensuring an professional customer management.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between clients and our internal teams. You will be responsible for the ramp-up of new teams within your respective area.
What you do
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with IT delivery clients, acting as their main point of contact. Implement regular feedback loops and support clients in building high-accountability teams while advising on optimal workforce planning strategies, including ramp-ups and ramp-downs.
· Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client objectives, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with IT delivery, project management and support teams to ensure fast and efficient client operations. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, provide regular reports and proactively address any concerns to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
· Lead contract negotiations, renewals and manage external providers to ensure the best possible terms and alignment with business goals.
· Align workforce with client needs and strategic objectives, managing resource allocation and identifying future workforce requirements. Support recruitment efforts in collaboration with Finance and HR to ensure an optimal hiring experience and attract top talent.
· Ensure intra-company charging tools and methods are properly set up, facilitating accurate bookings from internal teams to maintain financial accuracy.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and the competitive landscape, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
What you bring
· Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Engagement Manager, or similar role, preferably within the IT services or technology sector. Consulting background is a plus.
· Experience in Stakeholder Management (Operational, Business & Strategic reviews)
· Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Ability to understand and align client business strategies with Allianz Technology’s service offerings.
· Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, develop strategic account plans and measure performance outcomes.
· Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
· Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
