Job Summary
As part of the product development team for retail products, you will be exposed to and also expected to support the ideation process and any operational changes required to roll out new products/product enhancements, along with any campaigns/training initiatives that drive growth in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare reports/analyses and present on insights/recommendations to guide decision-making
2. Conduct market research analysis to identify growth opportunities
3. Support UAT efforts
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders in carrying out any tasks assigned
5. Provide support on any other tasks, as and when required
Key Requirements
• Background in Business/Finance/Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Statistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn, strong problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Able to work both independently and as part of a tea
