Job Purpose
We are looking for a Cyprus based professional to join our Allianz Cyprus team as an Insurance Payables & Receivables Specialist . The job holder will be responsible for banks reconciliation, posting accounting entries, collection reporting, updating statements for online payments, reconciliation of the account, updating the statements of accounts for agents and customers, control and entry of SEPA direct debit mandate. The role reports to the Cyprus Branch Manager, with a dotted line reporting to the Credit and Collections Supervisor.
What you will do
· Accountings posting on the system
· Collection reporting on weekly basis
· Banks reconciliation on monthly basis
· Statements update for online payments entry and reconciliation of the account
· Control and entry of SEPA direct debit mandate, preparing and sending collection statements
What you bring
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
· Proficiency in MS-Office
· Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
· 3 years of working experience in a similar role
· Communication and collaboration skills
· Customer service-oriented mindset
· Data management skills
· Analytical skills and attention to detail
