JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Respond to and complete a variety of complex customer service phone calls following established practices and standards by applying knowledge of Allianz business, products and procedures. Demonstrates expert level knowledge of systems and tools by quickly using them to locate correct responses to customer questions. Drives business results by providing customized and personal service and driving customer loyalty.
-Review, research, problem solve, and take action by appropriately responding to, validating, and/or approving varied, highly complex requests to achieve successful business outcomes.
-Lead and/or participate in team and department projects. Participate in special assignments as required to meet business needs.
-Mentors and provides coaching to other less experienced employees.
-Participate in on-going training programs or on-the-job development to further learn the business, products, and customers, as appropriate.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience and Education:
Minimum Requirements:
-2-3 years' experience required in multiple areas in Allianz Operations
-Two year degree required: Business or equivalent experience
-Securities licensing may be required or preferred depending on direct and/or indirect involvement with
securities-related activities. If licensing is required or permitted, the deadline to obtain is 6 months from the date the securities related activities commence.
Preferred:
-4-5 years' experience preferred: In multiple areas in Allianz Operations
-Four year degree preferred: Business or general education
**If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date
