What you will do

 

Process Owner for Demand book for the iTOP requests (e.g. interface between Demand book and Service Now, budget checks, SPOC for the RPT Team, coordination of the Function Controller approvals etc.);

Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Support for iTOP and for COO/CPO function packages & their projects (Project/Change Request creation, allocation of resources, timecard signoff);

Responsible for Project Financial reporting including time tracking and Business Sign offs;

Creation of Financial Business Cases for various Capabilities, focusing on the Project capitalization in close collaboration with Accounting;

Support in the Provision Process quality checks for iTOP ; Deputy Owner of the Provision Process for the COO / CPO function;

Set-up and develop the external spend Dashboard for iTOP;

Controlling & Ad-hoc reporting - Controlling and data checks as well as reports based on SAP and per need

Analysis of deviations related to the plan, forecasts, P&L business studies, costs and revenues;

Monthly reporting of the budget, pricing and forecast;

Responsible for the financial reporting of the project including time tracking and business signing;

Creation of business cases for various capabilities;

Preparing and providing SAP reports for COO;

Checking the quality of the supply process for IT Operations; deputy owner of the supply process for COO/CPO;

 

  • Set up invites (& distribution lists when needed)
  • Set up surveys on MS forms & analysis of results
  • Create slidos and provide their output
  • Support with Excel tracker for Ambassadors
  • Make small adjustments to slide decks (not real content, but rather on logistical side, e.g., updating slido codes)
  • Support with Tracking of participation for different engagement formats
  • Drafting simple communication assets: for example via engage posts
  • Support with Video editing for example in Canva
  • Support with iTOP inbox mgmt
  • Support with AZT Connect updates

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Higher education degree in business administration, finance
  • Relevant work experience in IT/Finance processes, e.g. project management, demand/requirements management, minimum 3 years
  • Process and project management training and / or certification desirable, on higher prof. levels required
  • Profound skills in MS Office / MS SharePoint / SAP / Jira/ Power Bi and Ariba beneficial
  • Pronounced commitment and flexibility, assertiveness, goal and team orientation as well as independent work, personal responsibility, initiative and persuasiveness.

  • Has both profound knowledge and work experience of processes, procedures and concepts within own discipline, as well as basic knowledge of related topics in the overall context:
  • Knowledge of existing process landscape, standards and organization, as well as relevant products, services and applications
  • Project management, consulting, organizational transformation and communication skills
  • Applies analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills.

  • Works with little guidance and direction and performs majority of tasks independently. May mentor junior or new team members.
