Job description

1. 規劃與執行組織發展策略：協助台北通訊處擴編計畫，透過多元管道（如校園招募、社群媒體……）發掘潛力業務人員。
2. 菁英通訊處MA處主管：制定行銷策略與推廣方案，提升通訊處銷售成效…，帶領團隊達成公司所設定目標。
3. 儲備業務區區長：業務督導、輔導與目標管理；推動與激勵通訊處組織發展，完成區績效目標。
4. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
