What you do

Develop, maintain, and enhance scripts in “Yaml” to automate DB2 maintenance tasks, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Analyse existing workflows and scripts to understand their functionality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DB2 maintenance and automation processes.
Document processes, workflows, and scripts to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What you bring

Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks.
Good understanding of DB2 database on Linux platforms.
Experience with workflow analysis and the ability to comprehend and enhance existing solutions.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across globe.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
