Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform beneficiary data loading for coverage checks in Assistance/Claims departments.
· Ensure completeness of policy data by mapping, loading, monitoring, and controlling data processes.
· Develop recommendations on data exchange patterns and monitor compliance.
· Verify, adjust, and correct data for accuracy and consistency with contracts and settlements.
· Generate database reports for internal use.
· Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper policy data exchange and billing.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (or at least secondary education).
· Intermediate SQL knowledge.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the company.
· Communicative English language skills.
· Understanding of individual and business client needs.
· Self-reliance, responsibility, and timeliness.
· Experience in a similar position is nice to have.
