Allianz Partners offers an enriching 10-week internship program designed to provide students with valuable business knowledge and hands-on experience. Interns will take on meaningful projects that apply a project management approach, allowing them to lead initiatives within various departments. Throughout the program, interns will also have access to exclusive networking events, mentorship opportunities, and lunch-and-learn sessions to enhance their professional development.

 

 

Program Duration:
Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025
End Date: Friday, August 8, 2025
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid setting: in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

 

What you do:

·  Support the Partnership Success Team: Assist in managing relationships with large eCommerce partners (e.g., airlines, event ticket sellers) to enhance customer and partner interactions.
·  Client Services Collaboration: Help resolve policy bottlenecks, document trends, and address issues. If capable, contribute to automating scripts to streamline processes.
·  Data Analysis: Collaborate with Partnership Success Team Leads and Performance Analysts to analyze partner performance metrics (e.g., take rate, average policy price, trip cost, booking windows) and market trends.
·  Survey Analysis: Work alongside Marketing Strategists to analyze partner survey data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements for products or marketing strategies.
·  Partner Repository Management: Update customer touchpoint data, including screenshots of messaging, offers, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.
·  Project Management: Conduct a comprehensive analysis that combines partner performance trends, survey results, and market research to identify opportunities for business growth. Deliver a final presentation on competitive analysis, market gaps, and creative marketing strategies.

 

What you bring:

·  Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4-year college degree.
·  Preferred majors: Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
·  Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
·  Strong ability to interpret and analyze data.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
·  Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
·  Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
·  Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative solutions.
·  Ability to quickly learn new concepts, procedures, and reporting tools.
·  Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
·  Independent work ethic while collaborating effectively with teams and cross-departmentally.
·  Strong PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Confluence is a plus but not required.
