Circa Salary: £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join Allianz Commercial’s Strategy and Customer Experience function as a Customer Insight Analyst - Propositions .
As a Customer Insight Analyst you will support the development and implementation of customer propositions that align with the company’s strategic goals and ensuring good customer outcomes. The Customer Insights Analyst role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that propositions are customer-centric, competitive, and deliver value to both the customer and the business.
Key Accountabilities
As part of the customer propositions team, you’ll:
· Assist in the development of customer propositions by conducting market research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
· Support the proposition development and governance process, ensuring good customer outcomes whilst developing tools and guidance to support key stakeholders through the process.
· Monitor and report on the performance of existing propositions, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
· Work closely with the campaign team to help shape marketing strategy for propositions and feed ideas in to develop compelling thought leadership.
· Support the development and management of value added services, including preferred suppliers.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Essential Skills
A customer focussed mindset with good organisation, research and data analysis skills.
· Experience of market and customer insights, and the ability to pull together recommendations based on the analysis of data.
· An understanding of proposition development.
· Excellent planning and organisation skills to ensure work is delivered to deadlines.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
· Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Desirable Skills
· Proficiency ability to work with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· Experience of analysis and interpretation of data.
· Underwriting and technical knowledge of insurance products.
