What you do
- Security Monitoring: Continuously assess the security posture of AWS and Azure environments, identifying potential attack paths, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to remediate findings and implement security best practices
- Alert Analysis: Analyze security alerts from posture management tools, prioritizing and addressing findings for timely resolution
- Documentation: Track remediation efforts and contribute to the development of cloud security policies and procedures.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest cloud security threats and trends, proactively suggesting enhancements to existing measures.
- Automation: Identify and drive potential for automating recurring processes and findings.
What you bring
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments (GCP), ideally from an engineering or administration background
- Security Tools: Familiarity with security and cloud posture management tools such as CrowdStrike CSPM or similar solutions.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption technologies.
- Experience: Experience in security operations environments is a plus. Previous work in CSIRT or CERT teams is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of SOAR technologies is also a plus
- Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, CCSP).
