Our Opportunity:

 

As the Business Development Support Intern, you will be part of the Broker Channel Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Manager in various aspects of the broker channel’s growth and development.

 

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

 

·  Support the business development managers in terms of:
·  Generating Motor Quotations with guided checklist and rater
·  Facilitating new business, endorsements and renewal procurement process with internal stakeholders ie policy management team
·  Update sales report and pipeline reporting
·  Coordinate with Brokers on Motor Fleet business on new vehicle updates
·  Cover Note issuances for all lines of business.
·  Generate Non-Motor quotation using internal Pricer guide.
·  Extract claims data for BDM to facilitate renewal discussion.
·  Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to facilitate and improve in the business development process.

 

Qualifications & Capabilities:

·  Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and spoken.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word (including mail merge), Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
·  Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, dependability, and conscientiousness.
·  Collaborative team player
·  Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
