Job role

A Business Analyst bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes and systems to identify challenges and recommend solutions that help organizations achieve their goals.

What you will do


Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
Create detailed functional specifications for technical teams
Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation
Facilitate communication between business units and IT departments
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions
Test and validate new systems and processes
Support implementation of business solutions
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes

What you bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements gathering and documentation expertise
Process modeling and mapping capabilities
Project management fundamentals
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Stakeholder management experience


You have

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
2+ years of business analysis experience
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile)
Proficiency with relevant software tools (Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA)
Industry certifications (CBAP, CCBA) may be preferred
