About the Role

Are you passionate about building scalable, high-quality data integration solutions that drive real business decisions? Join our global Reporting & Analytics team and help shape the future of enterprise information management.

As an Application Developer, you will work on Insure Analytics platforms, building robust data pipelines and automation frameworks that power analytics and reporting at a global scale. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that values innovation, autonomy, and technical excellence

 

What you do

  • Design and implement technical solutions within the Insurance Analytics & Integration landscape to meet enterprise reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable code.
  • Take full ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle—from design to deployment.
  • Promote engineering best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), version control, and CI/CD.
  • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of existing data solutions.

 

What you bring 

  • 2–3 years of hands-on development experience with SAS, SAP HANA, and SQL.
  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows for enterprise-scale environments.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and data integration principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with data quality, monitoring, or automated testing in data pipelines is desirable.
