What you do:
AIM Hedging Analysts have some amount of financial responsibility and are involved in many different aspects of insurance product hedging. Analysts may help research new hedging strategies or help develop new valuation models. Analysts participate in daily hedging operations by performing daily production tasks including portfolio valuation, market data review and portfolio management. Analysts help with software development and testing, data analysis, and P&L calculations. Work is directed and supervised. Analysts may be involved in necessary business elements such as portfolios, production processes, client relations, or software systems and possible utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI). You will report to AIM SVP/AZL AVP - Quantitative Strategy Development.

What you bring:
· 1+ years of experience preferred: Derivatives modeling, derivatives hedging, insurance product hedging or quantitative investing
· Four-year degree required: Degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, or technical field
· You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
