What you do

 

We are building a learning culture across Allianz Partners which will equip us to collectively deliver our strategy of transformation and growth. The Global Learning Academy delivers a portfolio of products and services to upskill our 22,000+ international population across volume transversal needs. We need an AI Program Manager who has the skills and mindset to proactively drive our plans forward despite complexity and challenge.  

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Learning Need & Trend Analysis: Conduct volumed development plan analysis in Excel and with AI to under-stand employee upskilling needs with focus on future skills (AI, data, digital).
  • Lead AI upskilling initiatives cross-functionally: especially on regulatory requirements to ensure literacy & compliance and implement AZ Group initiatives.
  • Partner with Transformation Office to understand AI implementation strategy & ensure ethical, responsible, and human-centric AI use in to avoid security risks, data leaks.
  • Translate AI strategy into practical global learning (70 / 20 / 10) and support AI integration in the flow of work for personal effectiveness & therefore accelerated trans-formation.
  • Define AI learning standards, frameworks, and best practices. Design AI ambassador community governance & peer learning across AZP.
  • Advise functions with AI reskilling, role evolution.
  • Supplier Management: Scope purchasing needs and engage with suppliers to gather proposals. Conduct inter-views and assessments to select the best fit suppliers. Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, information security, data privacy, purchasing, legal, finance) to onboard and contract with new providers in an effective way.
  • Use a proactive innovation-driven approach to learning products and processes; research, collect data, iterate proposals through feedback, pilots and focus group testing. Demonstrate a growth mindset, driving personal development and curiosity for how we can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage diverse stakeholder relationships, from participant customer service to persuading senior leaders. Influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the complex & international organization. Intentionally build a trusted personal brand and understanding of the relevant stakeholder map for your scope to increase your impact.
  • Learning Intervention Design: Design and deliver high-quality, interactive virtual learning interventions and give feedback on design models and tools used by suppliers.
  • Learning Intervention Delivery: Ensure logistics and administration runs smoothly. Use your expertise, as well as evaluation feedback, to ensure assertive supplier management for high-quality delivery and service in close collaboration with outsourced learning services.
  • Effective communication to ensure high volume use of products: For your scope lead targeted and company-wide communication initiatives. Utilize various media channels, including emails, newsletters, Viva Engage, SharePoint, testimonials, and social media.
  • Monitor and measure take up and impacts of all products and services within your scope for reporting and continuous improvement and translate data into actionable insights & improvements.
  • Demonstrate how your work grows Allianz Partners’ learning culture and delivers tangible performance improvements.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Fully fluent in spoken and written English language and ideally in a second language.
  • Degree in related subject e.g. business, economics, commerce, digital, AI.
  • Ability to lead project delivery.
  • Understanding of adult learning and development best practices. Understanding of adaptive learning technologies that tailor content to learners' needs.
  • Experience in using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize learning strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks and managing large databases.
  • AI Knowledge: Up-to-date with AI usage and motivated to learn about agentic AI. Ability to leverage AI for process automation and development opportunities.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for remote and hybrid learning environments. Ability to leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and engagement.
  • MS Office proficiency is required.
  • Comfortable to deal with numerous stakeholders and proven persuasive skills.
  • Curious, forward-thinking and high level of problem solving.
  • Experience in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive. Resilient in the face of setbacks and a changing landscape.
  • Team player, embracing ‘we mentality’. Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences in a global workforce.
  • Skills to design inclusive learning programs that respect and incorporate diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects.
