Sr. Specialist - Country Direct Marketing Training and Development

Job description
Drive end-to-end sales capability for TSRs—from licensing and mandatory training through product & system training, script and role-play, sales clinics, and performance coaching—while coordinating people onboarding & development across functions and delivering timely training reports, including improving license pass rates and shortening time-to-productivity. Undertake other responsibilities as per business needs and supervisor assignment.
Responsibilities :
1. Mandatory & Licensing: Plan and support license exam prep aligned to current process. Track exam results with keep tracking result and secure seats for License training.
2. Product & System Training: To design and deliver Product training, Test Script, and System walkthrough for New TSRs.
3. Script, Role-play & Sales Clinics: Develop/Refresh sales scripts and run role-play/call simulations. Lead Sales Clinic twice a week. For New TSRs and existing TSRs.
4. Performance Coaching: Provide 1:1 and group coaching, grounded in call listening, QA feedback, and funnel metrics, supported by build simple coaching tools (e.g. checklists, playbooks, trackers).
5. Onboarding & Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with HR/Recruitment, Ops, QA, IT/Systems, and Compliance (OIC) to ensure smooth people onboarding & development. Confirm system access/learning media readiness for all newcomers.
6. Training Operations & Reporting: Manage training calendar/rooms/equipment. Maintain attendance, hours, pass/fail, satisfaction; publish weekly/monthly reports (dashboard/slide/Excel) on time.
7. Continuous Improvement: Gather pain points from Head Sales/Supervisor/TSRs/QC/Operations and iterate content, delivery, scripts, and supporting tools.
8. Additional Duties: Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 2–5+ years in Sales Training/Call Center/Insurance preferred (Non-Life Health Plus)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and 1:1 coaching skills
- Comfortable with PowerPoint/Excel/HR systems/call-listening tools
- Proactive, cross-functional collaborator with excellent time management
- Thai language required, English an advantage
