About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Prioritising timely order processing and building strong customer relationships. You will ensure that every order is handled with precision and care, fostering trust and satisfaction among our customers.
* Registering and processing orders seamlessly via electronic mail, phone, or other customer contacts. Your proficiency with our ERP system will be crucial in maintaining accurate and efficient order records.
* Acting as the first point of contact to resolve customer complaints, by providing solutions that enhance customer loyalty and confidence.
* Gaining insights into customer needs and offering solutions.
* Coordinating with logistics and field force to ensure a unified approach to customer service.


What we are looking for:

* Previous experience in customer service or administration.
* Strong computer and clerical skills. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other software would be highly advantageous.
* Customer-focused mindset, team orientation, and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be crucial.
* Initiative and adaptability to respond to changing priorities.
