In order to support the HR team, Airbus Operations is looking for a
Working Student (d/f/m) HR Document Archiving - electronic personal file

Duration: 6 months (option to extend)
Participate in the archiving process for HR documents in the electronic personnel file. Internally work on HR archiving processes, document destruction, tool tests and data quality analysis. Get an insight in project management in the frame of an obsolescence & replacement project. In addition, support the supplier management & monitoring for the external scan provider.
Become a specialist in the application & process of HR document archiving within the HR area including GDPR compliant retention periods & document destruction.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
·
Handle queries on unclear archiving cases from external scan provider
·
Improve Monitoring capabilities for external scan provider (Reporting on activities vs. invoices)
·
Translate catalogue of document types into new requirements
·
Presentation and provision of documentation and manuals
·
Support end users of the electronic personnel file in case of problems & questions
·
Support the process of document destruction by data quality checks & report creation incl. data analysis
·
Support the eFiling replacement project
Desired skills and qualifications
·
You are an enrolled full-time student (d/m/w) on business administration (with a focus on HR, Informatics, Controlling) or a comparable field of study and your passion is to optimize processes, improve, analyze data and to understand handling of HR documents and their archiving & lifecycle process.

Good interest & understanding of data tables / sheets incl. Formulas
·
Internationality distinguishes us - you would like to be part of an international team and communicate confidently in German and English
·
You are a team player, quality and detail-oriented and have an independent way of working
·
SAP HR / Workday / OpenText knowledge is an advantage
