In order to support our team in the cabin & cargo area for our A320 family, the A330 and the A350 fleet , Airbus is looking for a

Technical Change Manager (d/f/m)

As part of the cross-program team, you are responsible for the technical change management (TCM) in the cabin & cargo area for our A320 family, the A330 and the A350 fleet. In this role, you are the interface from engineering to configuration management. 

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
You lead, consolidate and document changes to the customer aircraft and provide the modification (MOD) structure to ensure the delivery of a consolidated definition to the engineering teams and the central program.

· 
You lead and organize the investigation of the required technical solution via feasibility studies.

· 
You ensure the preparation of the documents needed for the final certification of the change.

· 
You represent and present your issues in various decision-making meetings.

· 
You evaluate volumes of data effectively, use and transfer them in various forms and can make yourself and the team more effective with smaller programming.

· 
As the contact person, you will take responsibility for individual aspects within the work assignment.

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
You are interested in aviation and the products of our company and you enjoy bringing you and your experience to the work.

· 
A technical degree, a training in technicals with relevant, at least three years of professional experience in a comparable area, can be found in your CV.

· 
You have an idea of technical change management and the requirements behind..

· 
You have experience in project management and data processing.

· 
Your strengths include agility in a changing work environment, the ability to work in a team and taking on responsibility.

· 
You speak English fluently and ideally you have knowledge of German.

· 
You are no stranger to Google Workspace and dealing with cloud-based data processing.
